EFCO Corp., a leading manufacturer of forming systems used in concrete construction, has immediate openings for Territory Managers based out of our District Offices. This technical sales position offers established accounts within the heavy civil and commercial construction industry. It's an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that has been in business for over 70 years! If you desire to be the best at everything you do, then you may be the type of person we are looking for to join the EFCO team. In this position, you will learn to develop leads, propose solutions, and manage relationships inside the concrete forming industry. Ultimately you will use your knowledge of construction to work with commercial treatment plant, and bridge contractors to evaluate both their vertical and horizontal form-work needs, and build sales in your territory.
Duties:
•Developing long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and trade organizations to maintain and grow sales in your territory. •Communicating with customers to discover their formwork needs. •Reading blueprints and performing take offs. •Providing Engineering with proper information concerning form requirements on a project, in order to develop the most efficient forming solution for a customer. •Coordinating shipments with distribution. •Conducting sales presentations. •Providing customers with superior service.
Qualifications:
•Bachelors Degree/Equivalent experience •Mechanical aptitude and competitive nature •Technical Sales and/or Construction experience •Experience with Concrete Forms or selling Forwork desired •Ability to read blueprints and perform take-offs •Excellent communication skills •Willingness to travel
